I had booked the room from oyo, i checked in by paying at the counter of the hotel. Faced problem in the room, some equipment was not working. After 4 calls to reception n 40 mins appox the staff arrived, but after that also the problem was not solved, then i called up-to oyo help desk, the said your payment is not done. I told them the payment is done. But no support, i took to oyo chart but same the kept me rendering, it too late i had booked room only for night stay and i was supposed to leave early morning, i use wrote, "unfortunately it is time to sleep, my problem is not solved" aprox
And i slept, i don't know when i received a message, "we are closing this conversation in few minutes, as you seem to be away".
Next morning again i called up to oyo dated 30.06.119. 6:04 am, she gave me same answer and when i raised my concern, she was not answering at all, she was quite. I then disconnected my call.
Oyo, i think you have lots of customers, hence you don't bother if some customers face problem.
