I have booked two rooms using OYO app. The booking was for 12th Dec, 2015 which was done on 7th Dec, 2015. Booking no. was VHAN0149 and the booking was made in Hotel Rockland, Jaipur. According to the terms of OYO rooms, we had the booking till 11 am of next day but at the time of check in, the hotel staff asked us to vacate the room at 8 am as they have already taken the early booking on the following day. Even after agreeing on that note, the hotel staff started disturbing us at 6 am on the next morning asking us to leave. Upon our request they allowed us to shift in one room at the early hours disturbing our whole day schedule. Now, as per OYO room conditions, if someone do an early check in "30% charges payable as per room rates of the previous day or INR 500, whichever is higher." has to be paid by the customer. In my case, I was forced for early checkout so, I have full right to ask for the same amount of concession on both rooms keeping my discomfort in notice, keeping aside the rude behavior of the hotel staff. Me and my team are travelers and everyone is very disappointed with this incident, especially when you are new to the city and completely rely on the service provider.
