Complaint marked as Resolved Oyo team member has booked a room for myself and due to high charge demand by the hotel receptionist so I refuse to check-in and booking has been cancelled by the manager of Oyo team.But since four months I didn't get my refund back and in the system is showing that I had checked in that hotel but I didn't do that and Oyo team has confirmed with the hotel also but still they are not providing me the refund that is ₹598.
