[Resolved]  Patel Realty — Delay in possession of Smondo 3.0 project

Hi Sir/ Madam, The Smondo 3.0 project, Neotown has been delayed by more than a year and the builder is showing very less signs of completing the project. The infrastructure and internal roads are yet to be done. What steps needs to be taken to file a complaint against the builder for expediting the process and provide penalty for the delay made.
