Pay U — Regarding money put on hold

I have submitted all the documents they asked for invoices, mails i have submitted them but they are not releasing my amount which was put on hold it a very fraud company there intention was to stole our hard earned money
After submitting all evidences they are saying it is not enough and we are closing the ticket my amount of 34, 000
Iam going to file a case and complain in RBI ombudsperson

Hi! As informed you by our team on ticket id IW[protected], shared documents cannot be considered for validation purpose as it does not reflect customer email ID.

Kindly provide legitimate tax invoice and proof of delivery of goods or services so that we can proceed with your request.

Iam not a registered GST SERVICE provider
I don't collect any gst nor pay gst
So there is no necessary for Tax invoice
I have provided emails of my client

Those are not any fraud transcations
I have submitted invoices email conversations, if you want you can come and directly talk with my client I have submitted payment receipts proofs mail conversations, iam not a product dealer I don't have any products to show you or delivery proof
My client submitted a written statement I have provided it to you
Your clear intention was to hold my hard earned money very cheap tricks froma big company like you . Iam complaining to RBI
Just look at your ratings in Google play store and chrome people are very confidently saying you are a very big fraud company looting public money you must feel bad for looting public hard earned money
Iam sending you a legal notice we will meet in the court of Law. My client will come along with me testify for services He has taken I have invoices receipts written statement pay u settlement mails, conversation mails, and your unresponsive ticket id's
By the Grace of God justice will definetly prevail, definetly you will have to face consequences for holding my hard earned money
It's a big fraud company
All people who have lost their money
