I again tried to pay my bsnl bill of amount - 825 and same thing happens the amount got deducted but bill status is still pending. I would like the amount deduced to be returned and also requesting you guys to resolve this glitch issue as soon as possible. As i hope i don't need or want to stop using your services in future. As mentioned above I made a transaction on UPPCL payment portal to pay my New Electricity Privete Tube Well Connection Estimet Amount through your gateway on (Date[protected] of (64102 rupees) through my HDFC Net Banking, but amount deducted my account the transaction not success due to some technical glitch and an error page appeared with this message -

I have transferred the amt 800.00Rs on 18 December 2022 04:21 pm debit from my State Bank of India A/c related to Payment to Cibil App 6 month subscription Releated through techprocess payment the amt is debited form my State Bank of india A/c but its showing failure in cibil app. And the cibil app has not received it yet.Please Confirm and resolve it on priority.
