Paytm — Amount not returned to wallet | |||
I had previously 332 in my wallet (on March 02, 2015) and attempted to pay my Airtel Landline bill of 1284 by adding extra amount of INR 952 on March 02, 2015 using my ICICI Bank netbanking amount. However the transaction did not go through due to a failure however INR 952 was deducted from my account. The wallet amount of 332 was returned back to my wallet. I waited for my transactions to be reversed back either from ICICI or added to Paytm wallet. On contacting ICICI CC, I was told that the transaction was successful and went through so the amount should have been added to my Paytm Wallet. On contacting paytm Customer Care I am getting weird automated responses. Help me address to this. It has been almost 24 days till the issue happened.
