[Resolved] Paytm — Bill payment failed but money deducted | |||||
My paytm user id - [protected]@rediffmail.com I have tried to pay a cesc bill on 13th july 2016. Amt rs.1820. The transaction got failed but amt. Deducted from my bank a/c. And also no refund added to the wallet or bank a/c. No response from paytm side even repeated complaint in their website. Even i submit my bank details to them. As email attachment also upload if jpeg format. I have also attached the screen shot for your reference. Here i of ticket id from several - [protected]mtj4vaat I have no idea why they got so silence in this matter. But i thing is sure i will never use paytm in future. And also advise all not to use it. Kindly let me know how the problem was resolved as I am also facing the same problem with CESC bill payment through PayTM.
I have paid the CESC LT Bill for Customer ID [protected] for the month of July, 2016 amounting Rs. 25940(Net) on 11th August, 2016 via PayTM mobile app.
My bank account was debited by Rs. 25710 (PayTM Order ID [protected]), PayTM Receipt Number is [protected].
The CESC payment receipt was not generated and the bill is still showing as pending in the CESC website.
I contacted PayTM customer support and they have informed that the credit to CESC might take 2-3 days to process. So this leaves me with uncertainties on whether the payment is successful or not.
I strongly suggest everyone to never use PayTM for CESC bill payments. The CESC website should be used instead as there will be no hassles like this.
