Paytm — Cash back not paid back and money not refunded against Credit Card | |||||
Very disappointed with Paytm. Worst App & customer service. 10- 12 times from 10am onward, i am trying to raise query its not accepting. I made a payment for my 2 tickets for Nil Batten Sannata, the transaction got cancelled. But the amount got deducted from my credit card even.Rs. 325 /- already got deducted which i want it asap. Worst service and application. This is not the first time i am facing challenge with Paytm, there are multiple issues with this service.They didnt paid back the cash back amount against Vodafone bill payment & Electric bill payment, only 40rs. was paid back as cash back. I have balance 516Rs in my account yesterday, suddenly when I was doing one transaction it asked to login, but not login and asking to reset the password, , when I have done the reset process and logedin again the account balance was zero, why it has happened, plse find the solution for me
