Paytm — Failed recharge and no refund even after 20 days

I had recharged my airtel number fr Rs200/- through this PAYTM site on[protected] and payment was made through internet banking, the amount got deducted from my bank account but the recharge was failed, when i contacted the customer care they said that the amount will be reversed it in my bank account within 4-7 days, but after 7 days when i contacted the customer care they are telling that they have not recieved any amount from that transaction where as it is confirmed from bank that the amount of Rs200/- is credited in to PAYTM account. THE TRANSACTION REFERNCE NUMBER IN MY ACCOUNT is PAYTM MOB/[protected]/[protected]/ MY A/C NUMBER : [protected] (PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK) the transaction is shown on[protected] date in my account as[protected] is Sunday. I had even mailed my bank account statement to PAYTM customer care as proof of deduction of my amount from my account Please Help me out to get my amount reversed at the earliest.
