Paytm — Payment failed money deducted and not yet refunded | |||||
On 12th april 2016 I was was trying to order from (24x7 fresh) website, while making payment i used paytm wallet, i didnt had enough money in paytm wallet so it transfered to my bank account page and while doing payment it showed payment failed. my money was duducted from my bank account towards " PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTIONS PVT LIMITED " WITH REF NO[protected] given by icici bank with txn id [protected]. I have attached my account statement here also also mailed paytm . they are not replying to my mails. i call customer care daily they just ask me 24hrs daily but its been almost a month now . pls look in to this matter. I have paid the amount of rs 850 for reliance mobile number [protected] and the payment mode shows success but still I am getting the msg from the company payment not received and the txn id is [protected].So I request to kindly resolve the matter and tell where has the amount debited and if the payment is done why company has not received it yet
