Paytm — recharge (top up) against my mobile no.[protected]

I have transferred Rs.200 to my paytm wallet from my icici bank through net banking which was successful and order no. is[protected] than send money to my bsnl mobile no.[protected] in which iam not using paytm wallet. and transcation order no.[protected] was show as failed transcation. So please kindly solve this problem and BSNL TOP UP IS REQUIRED ME FOR THE NO.[protected]
