PayUMoney — Did not add money in my wallet

I have recharged 300 rs and it is debited from my account didn't add in my wallat.what is next step ? i want my money back. my txn no.[protected]. i also try to contact company but no one is answering. even company customer care number is not working. please reply me as soon as possible. morover I have complain via mail PUMBUY-942549 but in that case no one answering.
