PayUMoney — Have received a false chargeback case

PayU has been sending me details of a chargeback case in which client is making false claims. Despite submitting evidence to PayU, I am constantly being told evidence is insufficient while no reason is being provided about why it is insufficient. Also client has been changing claims and PayU hasn't shared any proof that client has submitted for making that claims.

And this is for a transaction that hasn't taken place via my website while PayU is continuing to show it against my website without any proof from their side (I have already submitted a proof of this not being a website transaction).

I have been trying to reach out on PayU's landline numbers but no one picks up nor their time replies to the email.

This is highly disappointing and confusing.

Please help at the earliest.
