I want to close my all loan taken in LazyPay. but when I called customer care they told, LazyPay doesn't have a feature to foreclose my loans. Please help me to close all my loan and I want to delete lazy pay account permanently.

I have recharged through independent tv on your payment id[protected].on 11 may 2019. but till day they have not provided me with any channel that i have requested i am deeply regretting the my decision to recharge through your app.
