PayUMoney — PayU gateway: Payments deducted from account, no payment received by Airbnb but Refunds not received

I made 2 bookings at Airbnb on 13th Feb 2023, my payments of Rs. 3026.82 and Rs. 3405.18 were deducted from my account on 13th Feb (total amount= Rs. 6, 432).
Airbnb confirmed that these 2 payments were not successful on their end but my bank- ICICI confirmed that the amounts were successfully deducted from my account.
The money has not yet refunded back to my account yet, it has been more than 1 month.
Please help me resolve the issue ASAP
