PayUMoney — Payumoney not release my account and money

Gives very bad service and has hold my money.All the proofs he asked me, all the taxes paid, but he does not release my money. Even if I hired a manager of fourteen thousand from payu money, there is no response. i have also atteched proof.

I complained against Pay U Money two days ago. But so far I have not found any solution. I have had this problem for over 12 days.

kindly check the querry id and resolve my problem .
by payu money team said your expected end date id 6 des 2024 but still i haven't receive any updates.

As checked, our team have reverted on your ticket id LG4727835518. Please be advised that when we reviewed the tracking details against the PayU id 18771287547, it is showing that order was returned to Surat due to 'non delivery zone'.

Request you to kindly provide the confirmation of order delivery (tracking id) on given ticket or if you have refunded to the customer.
