PayUMoney — regarding payment made to nst 2, made easy

Yesterday i paid from my uco bank debit card. During first payment of 200 rs. It showed payment aborted at merchant site and then i made another payment of rs. 200 but again it showed same message. But the next minute i received a two mails from payumoney stating that payment was successful and balance was deducted from my bank ac. But in the made easy site its showing i payment was not done. First payment id was[protected] and second id was[protected]. Refund my amount as early as possible.

one of the payment made was accepted by the merchant today . and now the extra 200 rs . made in the other payment refund it in my account.

I have applied for madeeasy nst 2 before 2nd of jan 2018 .At that time there was option of payment through paytm. I had paid for 200 for me and another 200 for my friend .At that time no mail was sent from madeeasy to my email id .now when i am trying to login through my email id madeeasy does not recognise my email id. I don't have anything .I don't remember my password either .what can i do now .how can I download my admit card .it was a fraud .plz help me or return mine n my friend's money back.

We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details at care@payumoney.com via email to assist you further -

• PayU Transaction ID, Merchant ID and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
