PayUMoney — Transaction failed but amount got debited and not refunded

I was paying electricity bill from VIPS Wallet via Pay u money gateway on March 4, 2023. The transaction got failed leading to debit an approximate amount of Rs. 3910 from my Paytm Wallet. The transaction id is [protected] My paytm wallet number is as follows: [protected] Kindly refund this amount back in my account as soon as possible.

Further, you have raised chargeback against this transaction. You need to contact your issuing bank for further assistance on the same.
