I gave my honda civic 2006 model for service today morning. My vehicle till today morning before giving it for service I never had an issue with the key hole now after service they tell me the key hole has a problem it is getting James you have to spend 10-15k for this. There are many issues from many customers regarding this and I won't tolerate this i need a solution for this I won't spend a single penny for this if I don't get the issue repaired which is caused by them I will go to any extent to get it done.

Updated by Kiran Jacob. Today I had given my Honda civic 2006 model for service in peninsular Honda in thumboli, allapuzha, kerala.
till today I never faced any issue with the removal of the key from the car keyhole after todays service the key gets jammed and when I told them about it they started blaming the car saying its a rusted vehicle when my vehicle is in good condition and also was inspected in Bangalore last month by another dealer. The peninsular Honda people are asking me to replace the keyhole completely for a mistake they have made from their side and they are asking 15000 rs for the repair for the defect caused by them. I need my justice here I will not spend a single penny for this issue and there are many issues with them and I want my fault in the car to be replaced soon.
