So I bought my first car Honda Amaze 2022 VX CVT on 4th Feb. On 17th of April the left wheel frontline tire got blasted resulting an absolute chaos in the busy intersection in my locality. When I tried to put on the stepney tire I was horrified to see the amount of rust it has. Little did I know what was waiting for me on the next day. Pinnacle Honda is an absolute trash dealership one can ever imagine. It is a nightmare to deal with a bunch of incompetent service team member who did absolutely everything to ignore all of our concerns. One can only imagine if this happens to anyone in highway. Now they are not even bother to reply to our e-mail. If you are planning to buy a Honda car..I would humbly request you to go to other two dealerships. Was this information helpful? |
