I had purchased a honda amaze on december 29, 2015 and the security number plate was affixed on january 11, 2016. I was assured that the car registration document (Smart card ) would be delivered in max. 3-4 weeks from then.
It has been more than 3 months and in spite of repeated assurances from various personnel on numerous occasions including the customer relations manager, tapashree and several others, i have so far not received the card and no one in pinnacle honda cares to find out the actual cause of delay. Lately, they don't receive my calls . Will be leaving the country for 4 months and unless i receive the card before then will be constrained to take up the matter in the consumer forum for necessary redress all.
