My name is Supratik Pandey. Car No WB18AC3155. On 1st sunday of september 2021 my car was given to pinacle honda for paid servicing.

Initially the service representative insisted me several times to opt for the extension of warranty. I declined at that point of time as I felt the need to increase my awareness about extended warranty of car. Frankly speaking. Getting the warranty of my car extended was not in my priority list at that time. So I politely deferred the issue.

This might have irked the service representative. He politely asked me if I am facing any issue with my car. I listed out the issues that I was facing.

Car acceleration has dropped
Noise from rear doors
Slow Cooling of AC
Request to check the car bottom.

All issues were satisfactorily checked at the time of post servicing test drive. I found satisfactory.

I asked for the bill since it was 25000 kms paid servicing. The bill revealed that they had done wheel allignment and balancing check for which I have to pay rs 2000/-. I asked them if it is part of the servicing. I never raised any issues related to wobbling of wheel. He said it is mandatory check.

I did not raise further objections and paid the bill. After 50 to 60 kms of driving I found two prominent issues. During left turns I am feeling the wobbling now and when i cross a low speed breaker the right front bottom side of my car touches the tip of the bumper.

I am not able to decide what to do? Please advise if the actual cause of the issue is to be found out.
