Pizza Hut — non refund of money and hellish customer service

anyone who is listening ; i have been actually quite fluxxomed and totaly frustrated by the experience which have been dealt to me by the leading fast food giant in the world . Pizzahut which is supposed to be customer centric company does not have any regard for customer centricity whatsoever;; let me enlighten you with the chain of events; event 1 13June 2015 trying to log on to pizzahut website .https://orders.pizzahut.co.in/phindia/web site is not reachable for good half an hour in the age of 3g and data rate in MB/sec which is incidentally the plan i have on my broadband. Really that is pathetic. event 2 in half an hour i was eventually able to log in and compiled an order and at the last when the option is taken for online payment; and i provide my card details ;and put in my otp and hit submit.. then page for the order is timed out ; so no order event 3 i receive a message from my bank that a sum of rs 401.12 was deducted from my account with POS sale purchase with my transaction id and pos id i am actually hungry i call my local pizzhut outlet whom was supposed to serve my order and ask them whether they received the order or not, the gentlemen on the phone claims to be the manager says that he has not received any order from my end . and asked what is the next order of action for my refund, which is genuin question in logic flow ... let me tell you the reply sir "i don't know what to do, mujhe to internet online order karne se darr lagta hai", this was really his words that i heard ; which shows discouraging attitude toward internet online ordering which in this age of technology is regressive nevertheless i was not angry toward his blatant attempt to put his idiosyncrasy toward online transaction on to a customer which is offence in itself; but it shows the rigorous lack of procedural knowledge on part of the manager of the store . event 4 exhausted by this converstion i logged on to pizza hut website and put in feedback in the site column and recieved feed back no 12240 by an auto generated mail; event 5 15 june 2015 i call up their helpline number and support guy wants me to order a pizza to i explain the four event mentioned above, to my utter surprise the custmer support guy says sir your money will come back in 2 to 25 business days yes 2 to 25 business days i was shell shocked ..a merchant refund in 2 to 25 business days which is nuts in today's ;age i mean online transaction does get mixed in service but even a govt. organization like Indian railways send your refund in 7 days . and let me tell you no where on their site this service level (2 to 25 business days) for refund is mentioned .. which is a again information disclosure issue . when i asked for the manger at the call center as the support representative was as convincing as a stone ; my call was hung up which was again in tone with experience; i hope this issue is resolved as soon a possible because even you know Dominos pizza isworking really well and guess what they delivered my pizza on 13 june through online payment right after this fiasco regards rohit sharma a hugelly disappointed customer
