Pizza Hut — order was not poperly prepared! spoiled get together!!

This is with reference with our order placed at NIT Faridabad, Haryana outlet on 15/03/2014. I am Ajay khandelwal Branch manager in kotak mahindra bank ordered 20 pizza for festival get together. But only 7 pizzas out of 20 were only eatable rest were not properly prepared all were burned! As i also had a talk with the manager of that outlet but didn't get any advantage!
