Hi,
I have placed an order for the spin mop (*order no. 00254669*) the month of December from *Planet-M shopping (Next shopping)* and I got the item in defective condition. I already made the request for the replacement of the product within 24 hours and also have shared the pics as per suggested by customer care. Its been a month and I haven't received any response from their side. Now whenever I call them for the date of replacement, they are just ignoring this complaint and I have dropped them several mails, but to no use. I feel cheated. So Please help me out.

I am Amit, I ordered Bahaar set of 6SKD Malamaal combo via order no. 685702 from Planet m shopping.
Received order and feel that dress material is very poor and size is not sufficient hence placed request for refund.
My pain is as below.
1.customer care people cut the call in
between the communication when they do not want to talk.
2.After placing request of refund company is treating it a case of replacement.
After verious calls and e mails nobody want to listen.
If it is the company policy and service, I am sorry I will not buy any thing in future and also explain my pain to others. I am also happy to learn the lesson what planet M taught me after receiving 1799 rs.
Please refund my full money and stop making fool to others in name of quality and service.
