I BOOKED ON 22nd Dec'2014 A MAGIC MOP SEEING PLANET M SHOPPING CHANNEL MY DIGITAL TV. GOT IT DELIVERED on 4th Jan 2014... BUT IT HAS ONLY ONE WHEEL AT THE BOTTOM INSTEAD OF TWO??? AND MOST IMPORTANT THING IS ...ITS LEAKING FROM THE BOTTOM...NO CRACK MARK IS SEEN... ITS LEAKING THROUGH THE SCREWS AT THE BOTTOM. BUT FOR ME ITS OF NO USE. ALSO MOP IS NO DRAINIG PROPERLY WHEN FLUSH IN SPIN. Make complaint & also written mail with photo and video attach on it. But till now they had not contacted me. Twice or once a week a talked to the customer care and they say they had forwarded compliant to concerned department but nothing happens. Hope to get product xchanged for REFUNDED.
