Poco India — Cheated with me faulty product

My name is Pradip, registered mobile number [protected]. I brought poco X2 in Feb 2019.After completing 3 months, phone started heating very high and draining battery was so quick.I went to service center and and they repair it and handover to me and 4 months later phone quick charging stopped.Again I went to service center and they told me motherboard need to be change.they handover phone after 1 month.that was horrible experience.
In dec 2020.its been 2 month since changing mother board.phone battery draining very fast, I had to charge the phone thrice in a day.

Now in May 2021, Same issue happened and the service center told me to pay Rs 8500/-charges for the motherboard as a phone out of warranty, I complained (comp no.WOIN[protected]) for the same but at the end they closed the complaint and told me to pay the amount. Now I can't pay this amount and don't have other options so I am going to explode this phone and will upload on social media with the same message.i will be at a loss but I didn't care as you cheated and provided me with a faulty product.
At Least you should try to understood, Customer is repairing new phone 3 times for same issue within 1 year that means we have genuine issue in our phone but you didn't care.Shame on you
Poor Service, Poor Products...No one cares about what the customer suffers.
