PortaMart — Need to return Order ID: #89689 (Headphone) as it is not compatible with my A77,Micromax canvas mobile phone.

It was mentioned in the advertisement that will compatible with micromax a77 but the received product is not supported, so request several times to change the same and refund my money (275/-), then as per your suggestion sent the head phone through general post (not courier/speed post) and mailed you the same that it got dispatched, but after that no response from long back as I tried to catch you, this is very disappointing, very poor service, worst company I deal with.
