Professional Courier — Haven't received my shipment which was booked on 22nd Jan'14

Sir, I have booked a shiment from Bangalore to Jeypore Orissa on 22nd Jan'14 and haven't received the same till date. Shipment number is: BLR32774066 I have lodged a complaint on 31St Jan'14 with complaint number 2718. I have been calling them multiple times and multiple locations asking status but still there is no sign of receiving the shipment. Status on their web-site shows, shipment is dispatched to Koraput from Bhubaneshwar on 27th Jan'14 and when we called Koraput they are telling we haven't received the shipment. Please help us in this matter.
