[Resolved]  Professional Couriers — Delay in Delivery of Consignment

Sir, I have given my Consignment to Professional Courier on 9th June'14 in Chennai (Chrompet) to deliver it to Madurai (Thirumangalam) Consignment No is MAA[protected], But till date the consignment has not been delivered and when its checked online for tracking it indicates the consignment has been sent to Thirumangalam office on 10th June'14. When i enquired this to the Professional Courier chrompet branch they are also saying the same and when i asked them to tell me the exact location and why its been delayed they are not able to say, also they are saying there office is closed at seven in the evening and not able to get the details. They are not even cared to reply why the consignment has not been delivered yet and they are so reluctant to answer further question.
