Professional Couriers — Rakhi missing in envelope and empty envelope delivered in one month

I sent rakhi to my brother in noida from bangalore, on 8th aug, transaction shows in transit still after 31 days, on 7th september. It reached naoida on 11th aug, but to deliver in same area it took more than 28 days and to my surprise it "rakhi" was missing, it was just empty envlop with tilak and packing material; even normal postoffice would have reached early. If any one walks from bangalore to noida can reach earlier then this carpyyy currier service, request the owner to pls shut down their business and try some other area. Curier do not work like this.
