I ordered goods from Provogue online site and made a payment. The payment got failed twice out of which 1 payment was refunded back to me. However, the other payment is still not refunded neither the goods have been dispatched. I'm chasing the Provogue Customer Service and Citrus Payment solutions since last 2 months to get the money refunded with no luck. I've provided confirmed with bank and provided statement to them, they are still not able to resolve the issue. I want to take this to consumer court and I've all the email's documented which shows VERY POOR Customer Service and unwillingness to take the ownership to resolve the Issue.
