I bought provogue leather jacket from a local Provogue outlet in Kota ( Rajasthan) detail of my bill as follows

I need to register a complaint for the same. I am deeply disappointed by the quality of the product sold.

that jacket is of such a bad quality it begun to tore in...

I had Purchased a provogue jacket worth 2800 Rs on 31st Dec 2010 from Provogue store pimpri which is next to Gold Adlabs Cinema Chinchwad. But after wearing it for 4 to 5 times it got white balls on its inner surface So i walked with the defective piece on 24 Th August 2011 at pimpri store. I received the courier on 23rd of Aug 11. The products are not of worth as promised to me and when i opened up the courier i was shocked to know that the watch was not in working condition. This is ridiculous and not expected from such a brand name at all....

My name is jigesh and I am regular buyer of provogue, I have many garments of provogue brand and as usual I had purchased one shirt worth RS.1399 from your C.G.Road Ahmedabad branch at 5/1/2011 and it had got such a low quality material that it got damaged which I had never expected from this kind of reputed brand, so I had visited that outlet for complain but attitude of your that retailer was so rude so i have to complain you....

I had submitted a complaint regarding toned jeans. In resposne to which I got a call from Provogue and was asked to leave the jeans at any nearest Provogue store. I gave it on 27th Jan at Nirmal Lifestyle (Mulund west) outlet and also received an acknowledgement for the same. But since then I havent heard from them. Its been a month now. I would have hardly wore it 4-5 times & not more than an Hour as it was a Summer season. I found that Jacket has torn out after wearing 2-3 times. I purchased a shoe pair of Worth Rs. On December 08th, 2009, From Big shoppers (Triton Mall, Jhotwara, Jaipur). Then i came overseas just after 2-3 month o[censored]se. (i wear one pair only once in a week though, so in total shoe must be worn only 8-9 times), and their sole were torn. We can see the holes in the sole.

I have purchased Provogue shoe on 2-Oct-2010(Saturday) from Provogue store in InOrbit Mall Hyderabad, and worn them only first time to office on 5-Oct-2010(Tuesday) and by evening i came to know the worst quality of Provogue, it only looks stylish but the upperlayer of the shoe already started coming out of it.

I am expecting some response from you or atleast stop making people fools with your quality less...
