I did not receive the order number against the product i had ordered on monday, .. I used the promo code "hdfc 2015", the money got deducted but did not receive any kind of mail, or call not even order number... I want my money back today itself, otherwise i'll complaint against this company, , this is a kind of fraud case., do refund my money asap.

I have ordered a watch by seeing the offer "buy any product using promo code "HDFC2015" the payment of Rs 299 was successful on Monday, but till now i did not receive any order confirmation mail/call, Is this is your way to sell the product, then I am sure firstly you need to learn how to sell the product and what are the protocols, what is the right way to sell any poduct. But the way you are doing is a wrong way, many people are suffering, i have seen many complaints against your company.. I want my money back asap, till today..
