We'd like to inform you that in such cases where in one is unable to retrieve any information on tracker despite a tracking number provided, it means the order was placed successfully yet it wasn't transferred to the shipping partner(that's us). Until the order is not in our possession it would not reflect anything on the tracker. We request you to please get in touch with the seller regarding the same.
