I have ordered a watch on 4th of July (Order #[protected] and still i haven't received my ordered item. This is with respect to online banking offer from ICICI Bank. My account has been deducted with the charges. Once i have paid the amount i can see there are many complaints raised online about the duplicate and defective products sent to the customers. My fate i have been a victim of not even getting the order delivered. I have attached the copy of the order & status of the order online. Gojavas customer care at-least responds that its an internal issue and i should contact Provouge India. Provouge India Team is not even ready to answer the calls or reply to emails on the grievances after many repetitive attempts. People are already frustrated on these events, hope u will learn a lesson. Shame on Provouge India. To my fellow Indians please, don't buy the products from this site.
