Provogue India — Ordered watch through hdfc not delivered.

I have ordered a watch from Provogue having order no.[protected] on 2nd january 20160. My watch was yet not delivered. But when i am checking the status of my watch it was showing "completed". When I contacted to Gojavas from whom you have couriered my order, they said that your ordered should not be delivered to you due to consigner instruction. I have contacted the provogue customer support and they told me that courier company was unable to deliver your order. Now I want to know that why my order was not delivered yet. Nor customer care team of provogue was contacting me about my issue.
