Hello This is Ajay.I ordered a watch ORDER NUMBER is[protected].Ordered watch on 18/11/2015. Watch not yet received . Please look into this issue . I already sent mail but no response from your end. I contacted GOJAVAS couriers regarding this issue to which you handover the watch to deliver .They told that Watch had lost in their network and Suggested me to ask you. Jan 2, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved No call / E mail Received from Provogue. But I got a message with new tracking number from GOJAVAS that your shipment has received and it will be delivered .I received shipment within 4 days. Suspect that Provogue had placed another order & despatched .
Anyway thanks to you and Provogue. Provogue India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
