I ordered provogue watch on 06 Sep 15 with ref No[protected]. In online it is showing order completed, whereas item not received. i checked online and found shipment details not found. i tried to contact customer care but never connected, allways busy, so i raised complaint via mail on two ocassions but no reply from their side.
