PROVOGUE/ICICI BANK — Serivice issue | |||
I ordered a Provogue watch as part of an ICICI Internet banking offer. I have made the payment on Provogue.com website through Citrus gateway and when I contacted them, they replied saying that the payment was successful and my money is with Provogue.com website right now. But, for the past 5 days, my order status is showing up as pending. When I tried to contact their customer care phone numbers, no one attends the call. There is no reply for the numerous emails I sent. No reply on the posts on their FB page. No reply for the tweets. Highly pathetic customer service. ICICI should also take responsibility for partnering with such fake vendors and cheating their own customers. First bad experience with ICICI in the past 7 years. I saw similar posts on Provogue FB page and I feel that Provogue.com is cheating online buyers on a large scale. High time this scam is stopped. Thanks Regards Kumar..
