Quick Yatra — irctc agent suspended | |||||
Sir i am a dealer who deals with IRCTC e tickets. I have purchesed an ID from quick yatra a distributer who promised me to provide all types of services like money transfer, ticket booking, flight booking, mobile recharges etc. After paying them 9500/- they alloted me an Id from which i can only book railway tickets other services were not given. After continue reminders they promised me to provide these services within 6 months. Now the main issue that arrised during this session was that i had made tickets from this ID which was approx Rs 18000/- . i choose their credit balance option which i have to pay in 3 days but due to some issue that amount was delayed and company cancelled all my tickets and recovered that balance as per their policy. But now they have blocked my ID and they are asking for Rs 5000/- to restart all the services. Sir the main reason to forward this complaint is that as they have recovered all the amount which i have taken as credit their liability is to start my ID as i have already paid them 9500/- now there is no reason to pay them 5000/- more to start my services. i would like to request you to please take an action on such companies who are spreading fraud and are misguiding small dealers like me. thankyou chamandeep singh khalsa mobiles and tours [[protected]] Was this information helpful? | |||||

This is very fraud company when you call customer care they talking and submitting your documents after submitting documents when you said i paid token amount they never compromise only said pay half rupees and after you not paid you will threaten of getting rs 2000 or rs 5000 challan.This is genuine comment you can find me by type omsaipay or naukrigovt or reliable courier service.

Maine Quiick yatra se sabhi services lie thy apne business ke lie but kisi wajah se mera kaam band hogya .mere wallet me karib 9600 rupees thy aur inlogo ne bina kisi information ke mera id band kardia ab kahte hai dubara se id activate krwana hoga 3000 + GST. aur isme me v koi gurantee nhi ki apka balance waps aajyega bina kisi T&C ke ye kah rhe Non Maintinance charge lagega sir Please Help Kijiye Hum jaise middle class walo ke lie 9600 bht hota hai.

quick yatra company is totally fraud company i have almost lost more than 25k in that company, but what to do its wont use to update too.
