Racold — Apha Pro 100 Water heater Leakage issue

We bought the Solar water heater "Alpha Pro 100" from "CYRUS SOLAR POWER" - Karur on 29th June 2017 and we found out the water leakage issue on the tank and we have raised multiple service requests to the Racold team (For the past 4 months) on the same [[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]]

For the Requests, Technicians are visiting from Racold and they are telling us 'It is an issue from the installation' and we need to contact 'CYRUS - Karur'. When we checked with 'CYRUS' we were getting a response like 'We need to check with Racold'. This is almost happening for all the 4 Requests we raised.

They have also done 'Water Test' for one of the Service Requests but we have not heard back any response from them till now.

The Product is under Warranty now and that's going to expire in 6 months.

Now Could you please clarify who is responsible for fixing this one. From Customer Experience I would say Racold is giving the worst experience to us in terms of Customer service. For the past 4 months we have been trying to get this issue fixed but still no solution from the team.

Please let us know what we have to do from our side. If We do not hear back anything for this email as well We are going to work on this issue legally.
