Racold — Coil Damaged but service person refused to repair it within warranty.

Its coil got damaged itself but the company person is claiming that customer had used it without water which is wrong. The gyser was in working condition. Now the service person is asking for Replacement of coil charges along with Installation.
Please help its been only 2-3 months that we have bought 3 new gysers from Racold.
