I had purchased a geyser from Amazon on the 16th of July vide order number 406-[protected] from KK distributors, Guntur Andhra Pradesh.
For installation Complaint id [protected] was generated and the technician from your Gurugram service center named Salman came to install it,
During the installation he has damaged the false sealing and the glass installed in the bathroom repair and replacement of both is costing me approximately 15000 each which is a total of 30000. Images are below for your reference,
I called the customer care number to send someone to inspection of the damage done and a complaint id of [protected] has been generated, i did receive a call from someone who mentioned he will discuss with the management and advise,
i was also asked to contact the Gurugram service center at the number [protected]- where i was further directed to ca;; number [protected] which was switched off-
i am left with no option but to write to you to help resolve my problem, firstly if the technician was not capable of installing without damaging my bathroom, he should not have touched it and reassigned the task to someone else, Was this information helpful? |
