Racold Geyser — Awful service

I own a racold water heater, the water outlet is taking in cold water but no hot water is coming out. Have complained to your service centre at colaba on 22046839...on Monday vide complain no 479... Today is Thursday no technician has shown up... To top it up the people at this place are pathetic in service. Absolutely rude the lady on the phone actually hung up on me... N the excuse they gave me are downright dumb. She went to the extent of telling me I'm lying n the technician had already called/ come to my residence n returned back etc...Rest assured my next boiler will DEFINATELY NOT be your product
