[Resolved] Racold — Geyser heating problem | |||
I was purchased 10 ltr Racold geyser inthe month of August 2020 and installed in the same month . after 2 months geyser not working (water Heatingproblems). Same issue I was raised complaint to your customer care. Technician come to my home and tested the geyser, told that some Heating problems is there due failure of of one of the tool.and he said that he will collect the tool from office and resolve the problem in 2 day. Science last 3 months we are waiting but your Technician not solved the problem. Was this information helpful? | |||
