Racold Geyser — Manufacture/ Design defect in Eterno 2

The Eterno 2 model has a design defect where the heating element is coming in contact with the surface of tank, there is knocking sound once the geyser is switched on. I got the whole equipment replaced when I first had the problem, the replaced product has the same issue and has not been sorted yet by the Racold team. I hope prospective buyers to avoid this model.
