[Resolved] Racold — Geyser stopped working within 2 months and customer service is not reachable at all | |||
Dear team, Geyzer that I have started giving electric shock in about 2 months o[censored]sage and then within few days stopped working. No heating but I can see lights illuminating in the geyzer!! I reached out to customer care for service but they only gave assurance to help and after that their number shows congested. I have reached out to local shop from where I purchase and they has not received any response either. I would really appreciate if a necessary action be taken on them and get me the service I was promised and in time. Was this information helpful? | |||

My apologies for not being able to reply before. The technician came within next 24-48 hours and have replaced the coil that got burnt!! Geyser is working fine now. I only feel that if I purchased a product and it gets damaged for some reason within 3-6 months of the warranty period then it should be replaced and not repaired. In either case it is working fine and I hope it stays so for decades. Thank you.
