[Resolved]  Racold — Installation and service worst

I have purchased the Racold Adris uno Geyser in flip cart.3months back. I have raised a request for installation.. And you people said me installation will be free of cost.. But the guy who visited for installation he asking me to pay 300rs chrges.. I have denied for that I have made the installation with local repair..

But the thing is from Geyser the hot water not coming.. And I have make n numbers of calls and escalation to racold service but not response from you guys..

One day same service person came who visited earlier he didn't do anything he simply said there is a plumbing issue and from tap.. No water is coming.. He took 300 rs from us..he didn't wait for 5minutes also..simply he took money and he went..And he mention that mam next time will not charge any thing call me directly I will come and I will not charge any money from you.. Then we said ok..

Now am following up from saturday.. He said he will come on Monday.. He didn't come and again he said Tuesday morning he will come but he didn't come.. I am calling from morning till night I tired many calls he didn't pick up my call and no response..

From Racold there is a Warranty For service ..I have not used your geyser also.. You people are charging money not resolving my issue..Wrost service
